The Future of Teacher

Thinking of future is very important for all people. As a protraction teacher, our socialite needed a teacher who can be  improve our education  in the future. I think the future of teachers are teachers who have the ability, and skill of how to create on optimal learning outcomes,then the sensitivity in reading the signs on the time, and have intellectual insight and forward-thinking, never feel satisfied with the knowledge available to it. Barnett say “We need millions of well-prepared, highly savvy teachers who teach in school organizations designed to share their expertise with colleagues down the hall as well as in virtual communities”.
according to Cyndi Jones, in Florida, future teachers that hold a bachelor’s degree such as from online colleges and universities or a four year university will need to attend teacher certification program and then pass the Florida Teacher Certification Examination (FTCE) to get a Professional Florida Educator’s Certificate. After the certification is received, an application must be filled out for an Official Statement of Status of Eligibility. Eligible candidates can apply for available Florida teaching positions.
According to a July 2009 Data Report on Teacher Salary, Experience and Degree Level 2008-09, the average salary for a Nassau County teacher with a bachelor’s degree is $42,133 and the average salary for a Nassau County teacher with a master’s degree is $49,628

socialite need a teacher who has planner, innovator, motivator, capable personal, and developer. Planner, means that teachers has clear personal work program. Teachers must plan how to lesson successfully and what and how the plans are done, and what the programmed has been properly prepared .Innovators, it means having the willingness to make reform with related to patterns of learning, including teaching methods, instructional media, evaluation systems and tools, etc. Motivator, meaning that future teachers are able to have the motivation to continue studying and learning, and would also provide motivation to students to learn and keep learning as exemplified by his teacher. Capable of personal, mean teachers mush to have knowledge, skill and ability and the attitude is more steady and adequate so capable into learning process effectively. And Developer,means teacher of future mush add skill  and sensitive to the development of science and technology, for example, capable and skillful utilization of computers, Internet, and various Multi-media learning mode.
